This Privacy Policy explains how AHAspeed, referred to in this document as the Service or we, handles personal information collected through the mobile application referred to as the App. We operate the App as a commercial service and seek to process information in a limited, security-focused manner consistent with this notice.

When you download, install, or use the App, we may automatically collect technical data required to operate the service, including IP address, device and system details, app activity paths, and session timing. We may also infer approximate location so the service can recommend suitable routes, maintain network performance, and send essential account or security notices. We do not treat this information as open-ended marketing inventory, and we limit use to service delivery, optimization, abuse prevention, and required communications.

We may share aggregated or de-identified data with essential service providers such as Google Play Services or Firebase for analytics, crash reporting, fraud prevention, and product improvement. We do not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties except where required by law, necessary to protect users or the public, or needed to work with contracted processors bound by confidentiality and security obligations. If you no longer want the App to collect new data, you may stop using it and uninstall it through your device's standard removal process.

Personal data supplied by users may be retained during the active service period and for a reasonable time afterward to address billing, abuse, security, and legal obligations. If you want to request account deletion or removal of profile information, contact our privacy team at support@ahaspeedfree.com. The App is not intended for children under 13, and if we learn that such data was collected in error, we will take steps to delete it. We also maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect confidentiality and system integrity.

We may revise this Privacy Policy to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or security updates. The revised version becomes effective when posted unless a different date is stated.
