Terms of Service

These Terms of Service form a legal agreement between you and AHAspeed, referred to in this document as the Service Provider, concerning your download, installation, and use of the mobile accelerator application referred to as the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative works from the App or related trademarks except where applicable law permits. All intellectual property rights in the App remain with the Service Provider. We may update features, pricing, or service conditions from time to time, and users remain responsible for protecting their devices, credentials, and account access. Jailbreaking or rooting may reduce security and can interfere with proper operation of the App.

The Service may rely on third-party tools or infrastructure, including providers such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those components may also be subject to the applicable third-party terms.

The App requires a working internet connection, whether by Wi-Fi or mobile data. We are not responsible if the service becomes unavailable because of insufficient balance, carrier restrictions, exhausted data allowances, weak signal, or other issues outside our control. Carrier or roaming charges remain your responsibility, and you should confirm that you have permission from the bill payer before using the App on a paid network.

You are responsible for how you use the Service. We are not liable for interruptions caused by device power loss, unsupported environments, or inaccurate third-party information on which certain routing data may depend. We may release updates to improve compatibility, performance, or security, and continued use may require installing a current version. We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time, and when service ends, any license granted to you to use the App also ends.

We may update these terms periodically, and the newest version will be made available on this page. Changes become effective on publication unless otherwise stated. Effective date of the current version: October 4, 2025. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@ahaspeedfree.com.
